Teva offers a limited one year warranty and it applies to manufacturer defects only.
We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their Teva products from our Teva websites or the Teva call centre.
Any items sent to Teva without proof of purchase date or that are past the one year purchase date will be returned to the customer. If your item meets warranty criteria, Teva can offer an exchange or refund, but we do not perform repairs.
If you purchased your item through one of our Authorised Retailers, in the first instance please return to the original point of purchase.
Items not covered under this warranty:
Products over 1 year old from date of purchase
General wear and tear
Excessive wear or misuse/abuse
If a warranty return is accepted, exchanges will be shipped via standard delivery at no cost to the customer.
