What if I'm out when delivery is attempted?

Our courier DPD will provide you with tracking information by email and SMS as soon as they are ready to deliver your TEVA® order. You'll receive a one hour delivery window on the morning of delivery. 

You will also be offered the following in-flight options which you can select either online or by simply replying to the SMS:

Pick an alternative delivery date

Have the package delivered to a neighbour

Have the package delivered to a local shop to pick up at your convenience.

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, you can simply reschedule your TEVA® delivery either online or by SMS.
