HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND?

Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Be sure to test your new footwear on a clean, indoor carpeted surface for a minimum of one hour to be positive you have a proper fit. Try on both shoes; most people have one foot slightly larger than the other. These fitting recommendations are for your benefit as we want your new footwear to be comfortable and long-lasting.

Within 30 days of receiving this shipment, you may return any product in its original condition for a refund or an exchange. Please note we can only process like for like exchanges for a different colour or size of the SAME STYLE. You may return goods for an exchange or refund providing that the goods have not been worn, damaged, washed or altered.

2 EASY WAYS TO RETURN WITH COLLECT+ AND ROYAL MAIL

Complete the return form supplied with your order, stating the reason for return and, if applicable, the item you would like in exchange (this must be a like for like exchange, for a different colour or size of the SAME STYLE).

 

Visit www.collectplus.co.uk/teva and follow the instructions to find your nearest participating local shop and create a printable Collect+ label. Alternatively cut out and attach the pre-paid Royal Mail label to your package. Please return the goods in the original packaging where possible; otherwise use a sturdy alternative for protection during transit.

 

Simply take your parcel to your nearest participating Collect+ shop, or to your Post Office to return via Royal Mail. Please remember to request and retain your proof of postage.

 

We’ll take care of everything for you - we'll send you an email to let you know either when your exchange is despatched, or when your refund has been processed

 

Please allow up to 28 days from the day you return your goods, for your exchange to be despatched or for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment. It may take up to 7 working days from the time that TEVA process the refund for funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, this is dependent on your bank or card provider
